These Terms of Service apply to the Red Plains Plumbing website, service request forms, customer communications, and text message program.

Service Requests

Submitting a form does not guarantee immediate service availability. For urgent plumbing emergencies, call 405-769-1922.

SMS Program

• Program Name: Red Plains Plumbing Customer Care.
• Program Description: Users who opt in may receive non-marketing text messages about service requests, appointment updates, customer care, scheduling, and follow-up related to plumbing services.
• You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP in reply to any message. After you send STOP, we may send a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again.
• For help, text HELP in reply to any message or call 405-769-1922.
• Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your text or data plan.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent

SMS consent is optional and is not required to submit a service request. If you do not consent to text messages, Red Plains Plumbing may still contact you by phone regarding your service request.
